Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will grant you total command over your e-mailbox accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in no time and manage its settings with ease. Also, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, create e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your email boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming mails on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email accounts and set the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one email box to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox account you would like to forward messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
